Nearly all models of the 2020 Kia Soul come with forward collision avoidance assist. It comes standard on the S, GT-Line, EX, and GT-Line Turbo trims. Actually, the GT-Line Turbo trim adds pedestrian detection to that package. Along with forward collision avoidance, those same trims also include lane keeping assist and a driver attention warning system.

These systems work well together. The driver attention warning system makes sure that the driver is awake and alert, the lane keeping assist systems keeps your car in between the lines with slight steering corrections, and if it all goes south, the forward collision avoidance system can detect upcoming obstacles, warn the driver, and even engage the brakes automatically if no action is taken.
